Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the RedClip Chrome extension or website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RedClip is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to save Reddit thread content to Google NotebookLM. The Service facilitates the transfer of publicly available Reddit content to the user's own NotebookLM account.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or other restrictions on the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any part of the Service without prior written consent
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

5. Content

The Service facilitates saving publicly available Reddit content to your NotebookLM account. You are responsible for ensuring your use of saved content complies with Reddit's Terms of Service and applicable copyright laws. We do not claim ownership of any content you save through the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

RedClip offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by RedClip and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the RedClip name, logo, or other trademarks.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of Reddit content or Google NotebookLM.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedClip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
